He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcus Bowling and Lurlie Bowling; the mother of his children Debbie Ridgeway Bowling; and his sisters, Eda Marie Bowling and Burma Robinette.
He is survived by: his children, Marcus Bowling of Illinois, Michael Bowling of Illinois and Amy Harville (Adam) of Illinois; his sister Anna Griffin of Nashville; and his grandchildren, Jessica Mil Kovich, Serenity Bowling, Amy Bowling, Lily Bowling, Michael Bowling Jr., Nathan Harville and Bennett. He is also survived by his family, especially his grandchildren.
