It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Wayne Hoover (Nashville, Georgia), born in Irvine, Kentucky, who passed away on April 6, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert P. Hoover and Bertha Gray Hoover; and his sister Armitta Hoover. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Hudson Hoover of Nashville; his daughters, Danitta Downey (Shannon) of Seminole, FL and Pamela Temples (Seab) of Valdosta; his stepdaughter April Wetherington of Tifton; his sister Loretta Walters of Ohio; his grandchildren, Ryan Downey (Elizabeth) of Largo, FL, Rileigh Downey of Largo, FL, Zach Temples of Valdosta and Tyler Temples of Valdosta; and his stepgrandchildren, Amanda Coody of Valdosta, Dakota Flanders of Tifton and Brandon Flanders of Nashville. He is also survived by several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
