She is survived by: her mother Jean Hancock; her stepfather Wynn Hancock of Nashville; her children, Sarah Smith of Nashville, Derek Smith of Nashville and John Smith of Nashville; and her siblings, Melanie Carroll of Atlanta and Lawrence Hancock of Nashville.
