She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Franklin and Betty Ruth Rogers Franklin. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Hester (Ian) of Tifton and Brian Bailey (Christie) of Tifton; her siblings, Debra Cornelius of Nashville, Kay Franklin of Nashville, Hank Franklin (Cheryl) of Nashville and Glenn Franklin of Nashville; and her grandchildren, Leslie Crozier, Adam Bailey, Justin Bailey, Kaycee Bailey and Annaliese Hester. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
