She is survived by: her husband William Lewis Fountain of Nashville; her children, Darla Fountain of Nashville and Bart Fountain (Michelle) of Nashville; her grandchildren, Denise Tammen (David), Rebecca Arnold, Rachael Arnold, Rayna Arnold and Max Lewis Fountain; and her great grandchildren, William Arnold and Dustinn Perry.
