He is survived by: his children, Terri Butler of Willington, OH, Rhonda Thomas (Bill) of Willington, OH, Machaele Fields (Keith Dye) of Nashville and Lonnie Wade Butler of Ohio; his siblings, Barbara Kitchen of London, KY, Imagene Richmond of Olive Hill, KY and Forest Butler of Vanceburg, KY; and his grandchildren, Matt Campbell, Billy Hundley, Sharla Rife (Darren), Sierra Hundley and Francesca Fort (Josh). He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
