With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nancy Smart of Nashville, Georgia, born in Franklin, New York, who passed away on August 31, 2024 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, W. Eugene LaMoy and Pauline McManus LaMoy; her husband Albert Smart; her daughter Doris Valdez; and her grandson Ronnie Ash.
She is survived by: her children, Sue Ash (Ed) of Nashville, Linda Smart Corber (Jimi) of Rockport, TX, Mark Smart (Carol) of Nashville, Frank Smart (Joy Lynn) of Nashville, Neil Smart (Michele) and Jerry Smart of Longview, TX; her grandchildren, Traci Bjella (David), Albert Smart III (Rachel), Tikia Smart, Christian Bell (Jacorey), Lisa Tank (Brandon), John Valdez, Kevin Smart (Jessica), Jason Smart (Melissa), Sharee Smart (Kelly), Trish Colding (B. J. Hampton), Tori Smart, Jennifer Ford, Chiara Smart and Elwynn Smart; and her granddaughter-in-law Hope Carver. She is also survived by 29 great grandchildren, a great great grandson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Jacob's Well Youth.
