She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Felton Griner and Cleo Emma Hughes Griner. She is survived by: her husband Ralph Bernard Germany of Nashville; her children, Mitzi Yarbrough (Neil) of Eufaula, AL and Rick Johnson (Cheryl) of Nashville; her sister Martha Jeanette Cain of Valdosta; her grandchildren, Miles Yarbrough (Samantha), Emma Yarbrough, Whitney Skinner (Jesse), Spencer Johnson and Diana Johnson; and her great grandchild Charlie Browning.
