She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Mathis Dixon and Aline Paulk Dixon; her husband Paul Dean Crisp; her stepmother Jean Barrentine Dixon; her daughter-in-law Rose Spurlock; her sister-in-law Marian Dixon; her nephew Bert Jones; and her great-nephew Drew Dixon.
She is survived by: her sons, Dick Spurlock of Alapaha and Woody Spurlock of Alapaha; her stepdaughter Michelle Lynn of Tallahassee, FL; her siblings, Joyce Tully of Colquitt, Joe Dixon (Barbara) of Alapaha, Mark Dixon (Charlotte) of Dothan, AL, Steve Dixon (Rhonda) of Alapaha and Wayne Jones (Michelle) of Nashville; and her grandchildren, Mandy Thomas (Aaron), Julie Shirley (Denise), Carla Spurlock Akridge, Casey Spurlock (Kelly) and Kyle Spurlock (Hannah). She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
