He was predeceased by: his father Donald Mathis. He is survived by: his mother Katherine Coker Mathis of Nashville; his daughters, Britini Fender (Ron) of Lakeland, Morgan Mathis (Andrew Batten) of Lakeland and Kaycee Mathis of Lakeland; his brother Ron Mathis (Tressia) of Nashville; and his grandchildren, Marlee Fender, Kaelyn Fender, Kyla Fender and Vayda Batten.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Lovein Funeral Home (1218 Adel Hwy, Nashville, GA 31639). A memorial service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
