He is survived by: his mother Sandra Wiggins Smith (Dave Bales) of Sweetwater, TN; his wife Ann Smith of Nashville; his children, William Smith (Rebecca) of Chula, Clay Smith (Jodi) of Tifton and Karman Warren of Willacoochee; his sister Karen Davis (Sonny) of Gainesville; his grandchildren, Gracie Mae, Bella Grace, Harley, Brynlee and Paislee; his nephews, Jacob Davis and Joshua Davis; and his aunt Kay Lucas.
