He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Vinson Outlaw and Grace Williams Outlaw; and his brother Robert Outlaw. He is survived by: his niece Sleina Ahuacatitan (Gilberto) of Nashville; and his siblings, Jean Outlaw of Nashville and Gerald Outlaw (Dorothy) of Nashville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
