She was predeceased by: her parents, William Chivers and Namoi Smith Chivers; and her husband Raymond Jernigan. She is survived by: her children, Timothy Jernigan (Angie) of Nashville, Dave Griffin (Angie) of Pound, Virginia, Patty Jernigan of Nashville, Brandi Jernigan Edge (David Edge) of Nashville and Cyndi Warren of Calhoun, GA; her grandchildren, Brittney Jernigan, Timothy Jernigan, Jr., Daniel Jernigan, Cody Griffin and Kristy Griffin; her great grandchildren, Troy Pearson, Wyntter Shiaynn Willoughy and Kasper Phipps; her brother Don Chivers of Nashville; and her pet Zeus. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
