He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Brunell and Ruth Homas Douglas (Joseph); and his sister Jane Ann Gary. He is survived by: his wife Linda Lee Douglas (Faulkner) of Nashville, Georgia; his sons, Darwin Jay Douglas of Keller, Texas, Jeremy Wayne Douglas (Linsay) of Valdosta, Georgia and Brent Adam Douglas of Euless, Texas; and his brothers, James Earl Douglas of South Bend and Dale Stewart Douglas of Noblesville, Indiana.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
