We are sad to announce that on May 10, 2018, at the age of 88, Jeanette Brogdon (Nashville, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Sherrod Brogdon; her son Phillip Brogdon; and her siblings, Vera Yarbrough, Elwood Odom, Lamar Odom and Rayford Odom.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Mercer of Winterville and Jerry Brogdon (Ellen) of Alapaha; her grandchildren, Jocelyn Trott (Gary) of Statham and Zachary Brogdon of Athens; her great grandchildren, Garrett Paxson, Ben Paxson and Lauren Paxson; her sisters, Hazel Hall of Nashville, Melba Vormelker (Ken) of Painsville, OH, Mildred Schlicht of Jacksonville, FL, Marjorie Brown (Carlton) of Jasper, FL and Evelyn Singleton of Mableton; and her sisters-in-law, Annette Odom of Albany and Hazel Odom of Nashville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
