He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Tolly and Edna Wilhite Tolly; and his wife Glenda Faye Samford Tolly. He is survived by: his daughter Donna Dunn of Nashville; his stepsons, Timothy Cope of Ohio and David Cope of Nashville; and his brothers, Jerry Tolly of Nashville, Alvin Tolly of Irving, TX and Jimmy Tolly of Oklahoma City, OK. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
