He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Grover Fulp and Lula Lasseter Fulp; and his sister Bonnie Bayman. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Hancock Fulp; his daughters, Laura and Pharm; his grandchildren, Seth Sumner (Katie), Brandy Wade (Jason), Carley Fulp, J. D., Olivia Efaw, Jordan Efaw, Caley Fulp, Cavan Fulp and Larkin Casteel; his great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Brandon, Taylor, Jonathan, Georgia and Carl Mason; and his siblings, Betty Atkinson of Adel, John Fulp (Barbara) of Cecil, Richard Fulp (Valeria) of Melbourne, FL and Raymond Fulp (Nancy) of Tifton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
