She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Dewitt Carter and Lillian Elizabeth Gay Carter; her husband Roy Franklin Watson; and her brother Ronnie Carter. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Watson of Nashville, Kenny Chance of Nashville, Tony Chance of Adel, Ronnie Chance of Birmingham, AL, Greg Chance (Kelly) of Atlanta and Timmy Chance (Michelle) of Valdosta; and her siblings, Joann Jacobs of Jacksonville, FL, Virginia Carter of Nashville, Linda Mallory of Nashville, Shirley McGee of Nashville, Rhonda Royals of Nashville, Tammy Nash of Nashville, Fred Carter of Ray City, Doug Carter of Ray City, Leroy Carter of Statenville and Donnie Carter of Nashville. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; a great great granddaughter; several nieces and nephews.
