He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Franklin and Betty Ruth Rogers Cook. He is survived by: his children, Joey Harlow (Mike) of Nashville and Jason Franklin of Nashville; his siblings, Debra Cornelius of Nashville, Kay Franklin of Nashville and Hank Franklin (Sheryl) of Nashville; and his grandchildren, Joshua Browning, Jarrett Browning, Landen Browning, Cason Harlow, Tate Franklin, Ledger Franklin and Cohan Franklin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lovein Funeral Home (1218 Adel Hwy, Nashville, GA 31639). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home (1218 Adel Hwy, Nashville, GA 31639).
