She was predeceased by: her siblings, Linda Gail Warren, Virginia Marie Snell, Roland Snell and Stevie Jarvis; and her grandson Carson Lee Heath.
She is survived by: her sons, Ricky Wayne Heath of Nashville, Eddie Ray Heath of Valdosta and Jimmy Dean Heath of Nashville; her brothers, Raymond Snell of Nashville, Ralph Snell of Sweetwater, TN and Donald Jarvis of Nashville; her grandchildren, Beronica Heath, Clayton Heath, Paighton Heath and Tammy Kay Heath; and her great grandchildren, Andraya and Milani.
