She was predeceased by: her parents, Judson Kibbe and Doris Townsend Kibbe; and her husband Richard Carroll Townsen. She is survived by: her sister Janet Thomas of Florida; her stepchildren, Gladys Temples of Nashville and Donald Cranford (Robin); and her stepgrandchildren, Rusty Townsen of Commerce, Lindsey Temples of Valdosta and Kelly Cranford. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
