He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas Sapp and Hazel Marie Kilpatrick; and his brother Thomas Sapp. He is survived by: his son Qwenton Sapp (Katie) of Nashville; his siblings, Willene Sullivan (James) of Nashville, Sue Rowe (Tony) of Nashville, Janice Sims of Nashville and Johnny Sapp of Nashville; and his grandchildren, Melinda Sapp, Cameron Sapp and Harleigh Sapp. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
