He is survived by: his wife Fannie Samantha Foxworth Fletcher of Nashville; his daughters, Sonya Luke (Clarence) of Nashville and Stacey Watson (Robert) of Nashville; his grandchildren, Kacey Bristol (Stacy), Josh Luke (Tasha), Hayley Parker (Walter), Lesley Perkins (Carson), Eric Morris (Marlee), Leslie Burbank (Hunter), Kayla Warren (Sam), Justin Watson (Carrie) and Julian Luke; and his brother-in-law Gene Gray. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
