He was predeceased by: his former wife Doris A. Kiefer; his daughters, Karen Maynard and Mandy Painter; his former wife Emma Kiefer; and his brother Elbert Kiefer.
He is survived by: his children, Daryl Kiefer (Patricia) of Lake Park and Cheryl Kiefer Baker of Deltona, FL; and his grandchildren, Jessica Freeman, Stacey Purvis (Ross), Chad Freeman (Kristina), John Cowell, Christina Ozley (Brian Kowlessar), Timothy Ozley (Andrea), Paula Lovejoy and Greg Douglas (Sherri). He is also survived by great grandchildren; seven great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Cancer Society.
