She is survived by: her parents, Charles Paulk of Nashville and Sara O'Brien Paulk; her siblings, Anna Paulk of Nashville and Zachary Paulk of Nashville; and her grandparents, Sherry O'Brien of Moultrie, Steve O'Brien (Liz) of San Diego, CA and Donald Paulk of Doerun. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and so many friends.
