She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawson Mixon and Thelma Mixon; and her brothers, Billy Mixon and H. L. Mixon. She is survived by: her significant other Joseph H. Rowan, Sr.; her children, Joe Rowan, Jr. (Lisa) and Amy White (Jamie); her grandchildren, Austin, Cameron (Karlee Rowan), Elizabeth (Hunter White) and Tim (Drew Mixon); the father of her children Joe Rowan; and her brother Robert Mixon.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are requested to the Nashville United Methodist Church or Jacob's Well where she also attended.
