He is survived by: his wife Sally Smith of Nashville; his children, Donald Anthony Smith, Victoria Shawn Smith Lehmann (David) and Mathew Darrin Smith (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Tony Ray Smith, Gabriel Heath Flemming, Whitney Nicole Smith, Lainey Lee White, David Arthur Lehmann, Mathew Alexander Smith, Austin Cole Smith, Justin Dean Bickford, Mackenzie Lee Bickford and Brittany Nichole Bickford. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
