He is survived by: his wife Kay Powers of Nashville; his son Daniel Powers (Lauren) of Thomasville; his grandchild Landen Powers; his siblings, Virginia Richardson of Perry, Sandra Ray of Nashville, Roger Powers (Janet) of Gainesville and David Powers (Jackie) of Gainesville; and his sons, John Tucker of Thomasville and Kyle Powers of Flowery Branch. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
