She is survived by: her daughter Jackie Wade of Valdosta, GA; her granddaughter Takiera Johnson of Nashville, GA; her great grandchildren, Zymari, Mariah, Aiyannah, Tobias Jr. Desmon Jr., Ahmad and Jamir; and her siblings, Annie Ruth Johnson of Valdosta, GA, Johnnie Ruth Bouie of Valdosta, GA, Sandra Johnson (Robert) of Valdosta, GA, Willie Frank Bouie (Sheila) of Valdosta, GA and Jerry Leon Johnson (Teresa) of Valdosta, GA.
