She is survived by: her mother Katherine Sue Jenkins of Porter, OK; her children, Kaysha Goforth of Ray City, Derrick Howerton (Taylor) of Alapaha and Dean Howerton of Alapaha; and her siblings, Allicia Prouse (Lewis) of Charleston, WV, Amanda Brown of Porter, OK, Joseph Goforth (Lorelei) of Humboldt, KA and Chris Howerton of Killeen, TX.
