He is survived by: his children, Jordan Douglas of Nashville and Dennis "D. J."; his grandchildren, Jayden Douglas and Kalayah Stewart; and his siblings, Ronnie Douglas of Auburndale, Ronald Douglas of Lakeland, Lonnie Douglas and Reva Folk of Summerfield.
