He is survived by: his father David Frank Toliver of Valdosta; his close friend Linda Strickland of Nashville; his children, Jennifer Toliver (Nick Hess) of Nashville, David Toliver (Rebecca Gibson) of Nashville and Chad Toliver of Nashville; his siblings, Cindy Boatright (Gary) of Newport, TN, Melissa Toliver of Alapaha, Marcus Toliver of Valdosta and Skyler Toliver (Skylee) of Valdosta; and his grandsons, David Lee Toliver, Jr. and Kyle Hess. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
