She was predeceased by: her husband James Madison Shivers; her son-in-law Marvin Murphy; and her grandson Josh Murphy. She is survived by: her daughters, Charlene Futch and Elisa Shivers of Nashville; and her sister Mae Tillman of Jacksonville, FL. She is also survived by five grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
