He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Pridgen and Azalee Sayer Williams; his children, Cheryl Ann McCoy and Allan Pridgen; and his siblings, Robert Merritt and Ann West.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Crosby Pridgen of West Berrien; his children, Vonnie Schofield (Gary) of Nashville, Lisa Pridgen of Mulberry, FL, Timmy Pridgen of Mulberry, FL, David Pridgen of Mulberry, FL and Pascal Autrey (Karen) of Thomasville; and his siblings, Connie Clemons (Don) of Fort Walton, FL, Elizabeth Derus (Jim) of Milledgeville, Joseph Merritt (Joyce) of Fitzgerald and James. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
