He was predeceased by: his parents, D. J. Hogan and Euna Mae Mixon Hogan; and his siblings, Josa Mae Moore, John Marshall Hogan, Vincent Hogan, Dwight Hogan and Bobby Hogan.
He is survived by: his sons, William G. "Greg" Hogan (Peggy) of Keystone and Jeffrey Vernon "Jeff" Hogan (Pamela) of Callahan, FL; and his sister Betty Jo Hankins of Jacksonville, FL. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
