He is survived by: his mother Lorraine Nelson of Nashville; his siblings, Mary Lou Goehring (Steven) of Hoshton and Gregory Nelson (Leslie) of Mexico Beach, FL; and his nieces and nephews, Lee Nelson (Debbie) of Frederick, MD, Kelly Jacobson (Kevin) of Sadieville, KY, Chris Swindell (Sarah) of Peoria, IL, Lisa Luke (Jamie) of Buford and Stephanie Harms (James) of Buckhead. He is also survived by 4 grand nephews and 2 grand nieces.
