He is survived by: his wife Debra Dewitt Cousart of Nashville; his children, Salina Phillips (Jamie) of Harvest, AL, Rosemarie Faulkner (Matt) of Lemoore, CA and Santo Cousart (Shelia Brady) of Ecru, MS; his grandchildren, Grant Tunstill, Hunter Phillips, Kaeley R. Fore, Tori A Parr and Cheyenne S. Fore Hernandez (Luis); and his sisters, Yvonne Bertram of Hampton, Judy C. Elus of Valdosta and Margaret Cousart of Valdosta. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
