He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Chavarria (Thomas) of Naylor, Donna Cook of Houston, TX, Kim Flaherty of Nashville and Debbie McAbee of Tucson, AZ; his stepdaughter Sherry Foster (Steve) of Perry, FL; his sons, Richard Cook of Waycross and Mark Cook of Pooler; his sisters, Vern Clark of Valdosta, Dean Hewitt (Troy) of Valdosta, Chris Becker (Jerry) of Nashville and Tammy Steverson (Dwain) of Alapaha; and his grandchildren, Jason, Michael, David, Tomas, Ryann, Jeremy, Cameron, Jacob, Alex, Tristian, Andrew, Anthony, Steven, Heather, Brian and Collin.
