He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Williams and Lily Mae Conwell Williams; his wife Janice Douberly Williams; and his siblings, Olvan Williams, Larry Williams, James Williams, David Williams, Lou Douberly, Betty Jones, Mattie McCormick, Gracie Lane and Brenda Sue Barnes.
He is survived by: his daughters, Alisha Rose Moore of Fernandina Beach, FL. and Stephanie Marie Babb of St. Mary's, GA.; and his grandchildren, Jordan "Papa' of Papa's Lil Man, C. J. "Papa' of Papa's Lil Sport, Hannah "Papa' of Papa's Sweet Rose, Moore, Kori Babb, Nathanial Babb, Levi Johnson and Wayne Johnson.
