He was predeceased by: his parent Johnnie Holt Bertholf; his grandson Kaysen Damren; his brother Allen Bertholf; and his nephew Kurt Bertholf. He is survived by: his mother Anne Elizabeth Lunsford Corbett; his wife Eve Hand Bertholf of Nahunta; his children, Ray Bertholf, II of Waycross, Ashley Toland of Phoenix City, AL, Tiffany Carter of Waycross and Cheyenne Deal Bertholf of Brunswick; his grandchildren, Brenna, Keegan, Eric, Aubrey, Elliana, Bryan, Bradley, Ethan, Rory, Easton and Evelyn; and his brothers, Ketih Bertholf, Mike Bertholf, Lamar Bertholf and Chris Bertholf.
