She was predeceased by: her parents, Everette Strickland and Henrietta Strickland; her husband Aley Lee; her great grandchild River Nichols; and her siblings, Myrtle Griffin, Everette Strickland Jr., Vernon Strickland and Norris Strickland.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Stafford of Blackshear, Randle Lee (Linda) of McClenny, FL, Hope Smith (Paul) of Hickox, David Lee (Stephanie) of Hickox and Daryl Hand (Karen) of Nahunta; her grandchildren, Jessica Edenfield, Chrissy Nichols, Travis Hand, Michael Lee, Tiffany Barnes, Chelsea Hand, Emily Smith, Courtland Kight, Franklin Lee, Kaycee Douglas and Jordan Smith; and her sister Marion Clements of Brunswick.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hickox Baptist Church (7224 Caney Bay Rd, Nahunta, GA 31553). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at the Bethlehem Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hickox Baptist Church for their community outreach programs.
