She was predeceased by: her husband Reverend Augustus Cole (Gus); and her parents, James Lewis and Harriet "Hattie" Riggins Purdom. She is survived by: her children, Michael Purdom Cole, Julie Cole (James Wilson) and Gail Cole (Rita Mathis); her grandchildren, Zack Cole (Rachel Childers Cole), Zack Wilson (Shannon Balestrini) and Andrea Kellam Hargadon (Josiah Hargadon); her great grandchildren, Leela Hargadon, Santino Hargadon, Malachi Hargadon and Augustus Cole (Gus); and her sister-in-law Hiep Cole. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
