He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Willie "Red" O'Neal, Sr. and Rosa Mae Stewart O'Neal; and his siblings, Jessie Willie O'Neal, Jr., James Edward O'Neal, Sr., Nathan S. O'Neal, Terry, Jerry O'Neal and Katie Ann O'Neal.
He is survived by: his wife Ella O'Neal of Nahunta; his children, Clinton Durham of Nahunta and Sarah Durham of Homerville; his grandchildren, Sandra Kay Durham of Statesboro, Eva Audreyaunah Durham of Hortense, Aliviah Ella Durham of Hortense and Jerica Nicole Merryweather of Homerville; and his siblings, Arthur Gene "Buster" O'Neal (Janice) of Nahunta, Donald Ernest O'Neal (Pam) of Nahunta and Lizzie Mejia of Nahunta. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and a host of friends.
