She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Ham and Katie Morgan Ham; her husband Claude Alton Smith; her son Dru Smith; her siblings, Lee Ham, Jr. and Patricia Lee; and her son-in-law Ronnie Baxley.
She is survived by: her children, Derek Smith (Sheri) of Nahunta, Deck Smith (Angie) of Nahunta, Denise Baxley of Hortense, Doreen Kay Duncan (Robert) of Daisy, Dara Smith and Dodi Bullard (Frank) of Nahunta; her grandchildren, Damon Smith, Mitch Baxley, Cecile Duncan, Etta Duncan and Mady Kate Bullard; and her great grandchildren, Taylor Smith, Dylan Smith and River Smith. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Southside Baptist Church (103 School St, Nahunta, GA 31553). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at the Oakgrove Cemetery.
