She was predeceased by: her parents, Glynwood Dowling and Annis Mercedes Jacobs Dowling; her husband Leslie LaRue Herrin; her son Clyde Miller; and her brother Thomas Dowling.
She is survived by: her son Chris Miller; her grandchildren, Darren Miller, Jordan Miller and Preston Miller; her great grandchildren, Paige and Aubrey; her siblings, Pat Tompkins (Danny) of Hoboken and Robert Dowling (Linda) of Nahunta; and her close friend Joe Drawdy of Waynesville.
