It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Lay Marks of Murrayville, Georgia, born in Blue Ridge, Georgia, who passed away on November 30, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her fiancé Alfred Di Marco Marks; her husband Al D. Marks; her daughters, Mariaelena "Mimi" (Jim Staub), Jeannine (Lee Moore) and Connelly (Stephen Tomasovich); her grandchildren, Chase M. Staub, Dustin J. Staub, Allie N. Staub and Stephen Michael III; her sisters, Janice Coone of East Ridge, TN and Dorothy; her niece Cathryn Coone-McCrary (Joe) of Acworth, GA; and her nephew Jeff Harris of Mountain City, GA. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
