He is survived by: his close friend Jimmy Edwards; his son Lee; his daughter-in-law Amanda Crouch of Clarkesville; his sister Denise; his brother-in-law Mike Maddox of Milner; his grandchildren, Mason Crouch and Baylee Crouch of Clarkesville; his stepdaughters, Pamela Garrison of Savannah and Valerie Garrison Stamey of Habersham; his nephew Keith Maddox (Julie); his niece Kelly Smith (Ricky); and his friend Sherry Edwards.
