She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Evans and Ethel White Evans; her husband Lonnie Dave Sullens; her daughter Lisa Marie Sullens; and her brothers, Hugh, Henry and Jerry Evans.
She is survived by: her daughter Debra; her son-in-law Billy Jackson; her children, Randall Sullens and Evonne Loggins; her grandchildren, Jonathan Jackson (Kayla), Jared Jackson (Jefferson), Anthony Sullens (Gail), Justin Sullens (Cleveland) and Kasey Loggins (Lula); and her brother Steve Evans. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
Due to the COVID-19 and the regulations set up for the protection of everyone, social distancing will need to be observed at the service.
