She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Allen Garmon and Nellie Beatrice Rider Garmon; and her siblings, Kemit Mincey, Lucille Sosebee, Gene Mincey, JD Mincey, Jr., George Garmon and Pauline Peck.
She is survived by: her husband Guy Miller of Murrayville; her sons, David Black (Elaine), Stephen Black, Nathan Miller (Amy) and Kevin Miller (Sherry); her grandchildren, Corey Black (Kayla), Kyle Black, Steven Phillips (Jessica), Tyler Miller, Kameron Miller, Alexis Miller and Ashley Miller; and her siblings, Bertie Mae Stephens and Nancy Sue Conner (John Henry).
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Anderson-Underwood Funeral Home (2068 US-19, Dahlonega, GA 30533). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
