He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie S. Presley and Essie Grindle Presley; his grandson Jonathon Butler; and his stepdaughter Beatrice Ramirez. He is survived by: his daughter Samantha Shirley of Toccoa; his stepchildren, Michael Agans of Murrayville, Bill Agans of Oakwood, Georgia, Ann Hawkins (Scott) of Martin and Judy Haley of Dahlonega, Georgia; and his siblings, Ronnie Presley of Murrayville, Georgia, Ray Presley of Murrayville, Georgia and Mary Lou England of Murrayville, Georgia. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
